The Operating Theatre Filter Outlet is designed to create a uniform air stream of defined cleanliness in septic and aseptic operating theatres.
It meets the highest hygienic and technical requirements for air filtration, including compliance with DACH market standards (VDI 6022, VDI 2083).
Using the filter outlet ensures minimal contamination in the air stream during operations, as bacteria, viruses, and dust particles are captured by HEPA filters immediately before the air enters the operating theatre. The product is designed for filter classes E11 to U15.
Key Features:
- High Airtightness: Casing construction achieves airtightness class C according to EN 15727.
- Filtration: The outlet is connected to a pre-filtered air supply (min. F7). Final filtration takes place in the filter extensions via HEPA filters (standard H14 according to EN 1822 / ISO 29463).
- Laminarity: Diffusers and a laminariser ensure a uniform flow velocity of 0.2 ÷ 0.25 m.s-1.
- Lighting: Integrated LED panels with continuous brightness control (dimming capability).
