The Surgical modular system is designed for creating the interior spaces of operating rooms. The system can be used as a wall lining in front of existing structures (partition width 110mm), a wall lining in combination with the For Medical system (partition width 180mm), or as a double-sided partition (partition width min. 250mm). The system is designed so that all modules are easily demountable. The hermeticity of the system is ensured either by sealing or with an inserted gasket.

The Surgical base panels form the final surface of the entire partition system. The system is horizontally divided into three modules. The lower module is supplied in an AISI 304 version and comes in a standard height of 950mm. The middle demountable module is typically color-contrasted from the remaining panels according to the color scheme of the entire room. The height of the middle module is 1050mm. The upper module is standardly supplied in the same color scheme as the suspended ceiling in the operating rooms. The height of the upper module depends on the clear height of the operating room. For a room height of 3000mm, the upper module is 880mm.

An above-ceiling module with a height of 120mm is installed above the suspended ceiling for anchoring the ceiling.

The panels are manufactured in two basic material variants. The standard version is a panel made of AISI 304 material. The panels are finished with a FIN8 surface or a powder coating. The second variant is a panel made of galvanized steel sheet, which is also treated with a powder coating.

The panel is standardly made of 0.8mm thick sheet metal. The reinforcement consists of 12.5mm plasterboard. The recommended length of the panels is from 150 mm to 2500 mm. The maximum panel length is 3000 mm.

The individual panels are conductively connected to each other. The conductive connection of the system is designed via connectors that allow for easy disconnection and reconnection during disassembly.

The framework forms the supporting structure for the entire system. It consists of upper and lower guide profiles, uprights, brackets, and snap-in profiles. To ensure stability, the framework also includes reinforcements and partition brackets.
